About Loren
I first picked up a camera when I was 5, and in my teenage years filmed my friends on a Hi-8 camcorder, playing music, being wild youngins, and going on trips. I got my first DSLR in my early 20s and started filming my friends, amazed by the magic of making films about adventures and moments. Over time this grew into a career, and for the last 15 years, I have been working in the media landscape as a documentarian, storyteller, and DP. I enjoy working with clients to capture meaningful moments and stories, which support people, brands, companies, and groups in conveying their unique message.
This work has taken me to Sri Lanka, India, Hong Kong, South Africa, Vietnam, Bali, Mexico, Peru, and many other locations filming stories which highlight humans, animals, businesses, and nature from a holistic, intimate, artistic, and emotive perspective.
Clients appreciate my unique and tailored approach, as I work collaboratively to turn essential media needs into artistically crafted pieces, which convey your message with clarity.
